I asked my good friend Dr. Alan Christianson if I could interview him about his brand new book, The Adrenal Reset Diet, because I wanted to share his research with you.
Dr. Alan is doing some really cutting edge stuff with weight loss and adrenals. In our interview, he told me about how his team did a clinical trial and found that in as little as one month, your tendency to store vs. burn fat can be reset.
National obesity rates are rising at unprecedented rates, there’s no question about that. But I think it’s less clear as to why this is happening. So many people are doing the right things – eating well, exercising – but they still struggle with their weight. So what else is going on?
