As Chief Medical Officer of BodyLogicMD, I’ve put together a monthly interview series with some important minds in the field of medicine – top physicians and medical experts across the nation.
Join me each month as I unravel the signs, symptoms and solutions to some of the toughest health concerns. Hear the latest breakthroughs in research and learn what questions to ask when it comes to your health – featuring a new topic every month!
Tune in this month to listen to my interview with Dr. Alan Christianson, author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Thyroid Disease.
Dr. Alan Christianson explains both the conventional and the alternative views of Thyroid Disease. He is trained in both and understands the strengths and weaknesses of each.
In his own words:
“So many people have symptoms and health problems related to thyroid disease, but the conventional diagnostic model only starts treatment when disease has been present for years. Unexplained weight gain, fatigue, hair loss, and depression can all be signs of an under-active thyroid.
“There is also a large number of people who have been diagnosed already and are on treatment but still experiencing some of their hypothyroid symptoms.
“On the alternative side, many authors promote thyroid treatment, at dangerously high doses for nearly anyone.”
For those who listen to the interview, Dr. Christianson has a free gift, a few audio chapters of his upcoming book, Healing Hashimotos.
Here’s to your health, happiness and passion…
